Shipping

Delivery information provided on the website are the most common delivery periods, however, the delivery may be subject to unexpected circumstances and can be delayed.

We do our best to work with the shipping courier and customer that any such situations are resolved as quickly as possible.

Product Warranty

Products on our website are covered by the terms and conditions of our warranty. In order to be precise, we define it as a warranty that covers product malfunctions due to regular use and also includes malfunctions caused by accident.

In cases where products are intentionally misused (ie. used in conditions beyond product description) we will still take the product for the repair but will charge the repair costs.

The duration of the warranty for each product is 24 months.

Returned Goods

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund less money transfer expense, and delivery charge.

It is your responsibility to return any such items in a saleable condition in their original box and packaging. Goods received back incomplete, damaged, or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you at your cost.

Prior to returning any products, please contact us by phone or e-mail. Together with the returned product, it is necessary to provide the original Invoice.

Incompatible products

We are not accountable if a customer purchases products that are incompatible with their previously bought software and hardware solutions. On our website, we provide information that will point customers towards requirements of products and product compatibility with our available assortment.

In case a customer is not sure if the product will work with their current setup he is welcome to contact us and we will provide the necessary information whenever it is possible.

VAT and import duty

Import duty

All products visible in our webshop are imported in the territory of the European Union. No additional import duty will be charged on any products for the purchase inside the EU.

VAT
