It is a covert DVR that allows Full HD recording as well as Wi-Fi and IP connectivity. The IP setup makes it possible to monitor and set up the device remotely from your smartphone via the free PV Cam Viewer App.
The device gets powered by the cord so you do not have to worry about battery life, the recording can be started anytime you need it. It supports SD Cards up to 32 GB and comes with an SD card of 16 GB. This 16GB SD card allows up to 500 min recordings in Full HD. Should you need more space, or an SD card exchange is not convenient, you can simply activate the overwrite function.
The recording can be done in Auto/Manual/Motion Detection mode and the Timestamp is available.

Wi-Fi & IP connectivity
The new line of Lawmate’s IP products makes it possible to remotely set up and change the device settings and to stream the video and photo material from anywhere in the world. After this initial setup, you can use the device anywhere with a Wi-Fi connection, be it on your iOS or Android smartphone.
Multiple recording resolutions and modes
The device offers multiple recording resolutions (1920×1080, 1280×720, 848×480) and multiple recording modes (Auto/Manual/Motion Detection), along with the overwrite function and timestamp option. This allows you to get the exact photo/video material you need.
Powered from the cord, no battery needed
The device does not need batteries, which means that you can access it anytime and unlimited record in the continuous mode if you use it with the overwrite function.
How to use the PV-WB10i:
- Insert the 16 GB SD Card (included)
- Connect the device to a power source
- Switch the power button and Wi-Fi button to ON
- Choose between motion detection and continuous mode (can be changed in App later)
- Connect your smartphone to the device as per the IP cam guide available for download below.
Note:
Please find the PDF documents with specifications and the IP Cam user manual available for download below.
New info on SSID: it turns out that IP products (such as this one) cannot change the SSID name. Wi-Fi products only can change the SSID name. However, once connected to the IP the device’s name is the same as your router name.
