ANG-2200 is an acoustic noise generator made to protect your privacy and conversations from various unwanted listening devices in walls, ceiling, windows or similar.
Whether it’s wired microphones inside walls, audio transmitters in AC outlets, contact microphones, or laser/microwave reflections from windows, the ANG-2200 effectively shields your room from eavesdropping attempts by producing a protective perimeter of sound that disrupts any possible voice leakage.
No matter if you are conducting a high-stakes business negotiations or discussing classified governmental matters, this device ensures your conversations stay within the intended perimeters.
ANG–2200 Acoustic Noise Generator works by generating true random noise. This type of noise is unpredictable and natural, making it impossible for eavesdroppers to anticipate the pattern and extract your conversation. The noise is injected into the chosen area perimeter, but not the area itself, so you will still be able to talk freely within the room.
There are a number of accessories that are used to customize the system to fit a specific environment. These include the TRN-2000 Transducer for injecting acoustic noise into various structures, the OMS-2000 Omni Directional Speaker for projecting masking noise into open air spaces, and the WMT-2000 Transducer Window Mount for secure mounting on window surfaces. The ASA-2000 Acoustic Spectrum Analysis Software and Acoustic Leakage Probe further enhance your setup, helping you understand how sound is being absorbed in your environment and enabling you to set ideal noise masking levels, without being too loud or disruptive.
The device also includes a feature called tailored voice masking. The ANG-2200 is engineered to emit noise in the frequency range that carries most of our speech – from 300Hz to 3000Hz. This makes the masking noise very efficient at protecting speech, while also ensuring a comfortable noise level in the room.
The dual-channel control allows each noise channel to be adjusted based on the material of the surface it is applied to. For example, one transducer could be set to create noise for a glass window, while another could be set for a wooden wall. This ensures that the masking noise is always effective, regardless of the room’s structure.
For quick and easy setup, there’s also the ANG-2000 Rapid Deployment Kit. This kit includes all the accessories needed to set up the ANG-2200 system in a medium-sized area like a conference room. The whole system is stored in a rugged carrying case for easy transport and storage.

ANG–2200 Accessories:
- TRN-2000 Transducer: Injects acoustic noise into walls, ceilings, windows, plumbing, air ducts, and other structures vulnerable to acoustic leakage.
- OMS-2000 Omni Directional Speaker: Projects masking noise into drop ceiling air spaces, closets, crawl spaces, and other vulnerable open air spaces.
- WMT-2000 Transducer Window Mount: Used for securely mounting the TRN-2000 transducer to window surfaces.
- ASA-2000 Acoustic Spectrum Analysis Software: Allows you to understand how much sound the structures in your environment are absorbing. You can then use this information to correctly set the noise masking levels. This software comes with the Acoustic Leakage Probe.
- Acoustic Leakage Probe: Optimized for voice use with a low noise high output element and used with the ASA-2000 software to evaluate the extent of structure-bound audio leakage.
